Russell Van Hoose
Organizing Rector
Russell has been involved in Christian ministry since 1991. He has a BBA in General Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and a M.Ed. in Education Administration from Lamar University. Having studied at Asbury Theological Seminary and completed the ministerial course of study through the Southwest Region of the Disciples of Christ, he hopes to combine his experience and education to make Providence UCC an effective community for Christ in North Texas. Russell was ordained into the Progressive Christian Alliance in 2009 and is currently affiliated with the Evangelical Anglican Church in America and the United Christian Church in America.
